Client Care Manager

In her role as Client Care Manager at Fortiv, Leysha Lopez assists Christina Pinto with administrative tasks; everything from updating clients’ personal records and implementing and managing in-house procedures to assisting clients with appropriate paperwork. With her previous experience in social and legal work, she is adept at using her organizational skills and critical thinking to communicate effectively with clients. In addition, Leysha also works alongside Christina to find articles and other resources that can be used to further client education. Leysha has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new places and trying different restaurants with family and friends.

What is your favorite food?
I consider myself a “foodie” and genuinely enjoy trying different types of foods. I love Italian, Hispanic, Thai, Asian, and Mediterranean Cuisine.

What was your most memorable vacation?
Although I love traveling to Europe, the Caribbean, and North, Central, and South America, nothing feels better than traveling home to Puerto Rico to be with family and friends.

If you could only bring one (non-survival) thing to a desert island, what would it be?
I would love a fully equipped house with solar panels paired with solar batteries. On a smaller scale, I would need a satellite phone with a solar charger.

Vivian Gonzales works as the Account Manager for Fortiv’s Employee Benefits branch. Prior to her position at Fortiv, she worked in customer service for the banking and airline industries, giving her a wealth of experience in creating an accommodating and welcoming environment for clients. Vivian received a BA in General Management Communications, and currently holds both Notary Public and Insurance Agent licenses, and is currently licensed in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life, and Variable Annuities 215.

Renee Hoegler

Renee Hoegler

FPQP® Paraplanner/Client Relationship Manager

A Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) for Fortiv, Renee Hoegler is responsible for assisting Tony with all aspects of financial planning, compliance and insurance. She serves as client services manager and life insurance case manager, and takes pride in providing client services.

Renee has worked in various organizations in the financial services industry, including Lincoln Financial Advisors in Cincinnati, Ohio and has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years.

In 1999, Renee received her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation from the College for Financial Planning, giving her insight into the financial planning process, including estate planning. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from the State University of New York at Oswego. She holds her Life, Health and Annuity Insurance License.

Renee lives in Oviedo with her 2 dogs and is a classic car enthusiast.

As an Account Manager for Fortiv, Renee Holder’s role consists of reviewing benefits with employees, processing enrollments and terminations, assisting with claims, auditing client invoices, and showing up onsite for clients’ open enrollments. Before stepping into her current position, she worked as a graphic designer for twenty years. Renee holds a BA in Finance from UCF. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at home, watching sports with her husband.

Andrew began his investment career amid the difficult economic climate of the 2000s—but as a result, he has developed a flexibility and adaptability to the market. Since joining Fortiv in 2007, Andrew has embraced a proactive approach when managing his clients’ investments. He not only evaluates the current health of his clients’ investments, but also, he is actively pursuing strategies for his clients.

Andrew holds the CFA Charter holder (CFA) financial profession designations. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Finance. Andrew was also a U.S. Navy air crewman on the EP-3 in Rota, Spain for 5 years. He is married to Shanelle and lives in Maitland, FL and has a passion for aviation; when not in the office, he enjoys flying in different small aircraft.

A Wealth Advisor at Fortiv, Nick Manson joined the team in 2013 after having several prior years of experience as a Financial Advisor. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, he uses his analytical skills to provide clients with tailor-made strategies in pursuing their long-term financial goals. Nick has built his business by providing independent, objective advice to all his clients. He sits on the investment committee and helps lead our Retirement Plan team.

Nick and his wife, Kim, have two children and are active members of Grace Church in Orlando. When not at the office, Nick enjoys playing golf, volunteering at his church cheering for UCF, and, most importantly, spending time with his wife and kids.

At Fortiv, David Maze holds the position of Operations Manager, which has him reviewing budgetary information, monitoring expense reports, and streamlining the company’s operational system, processes, and policies. Before he began his career at Fortiv, David worked as a trade specialist for the Bank of New York Mellon from 2012-2014. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and in his spare time he enjoys exercising.

An Account Manager and Analyst for Fortiv, Judy McDaniel’s goal is to provide support for clients while simultaneously giving them education and guidance regarding benefits and compliance. Using her background in HR and Operations, she analyzes each group’s benefit needs and the financial objectives of the company, all with the goal of finding insurance options for each group. As every group has unique needs, she finds it fulfilling to source solutions that fit each company.

Before joining the Fortiv team, Judy spent 39 years in HR and Operations at a large, international corporation. She earned her Bachelor of Sciences in Business Education from the University of Central Florida. In her spare time, Judy enjoys spending time with her family, and her perfect day would be sitting on the beach with a good book and people watching.

What is your greatest piece of advice?
Don’t just say I love you, show through your actions and do it every day.

What was your most memorable vacation?
For 30+ years we have been vacationing at Siesta Key, always a great time. I love that we still travel with our grown children and their families. Anytime there is blue water, a cool breeze, and family is a great time.

Lisa Moreno-Haramboure joined the firm in 1989 after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A in Marketing. Lisa specializes in executive and employee benefit planning, and she is involved in the creation, execution, and management of employee benefit strategies for large and small companies. Dedicated to providing the human resources necessary to successfully implement her strategies, Lisa and her team are involved in every area of the employee benefits process, from enrollment through daily plan execution.

Lisa is a native of Central Florida. She is married to Fred and has two wonderful children, Freddy and Angie, who are her pride and joy. When she is not attending to all her clients, she is taking long walks with her husband and Lola, her goldendoodle. Lisa loves to open her home to family and friends and cook different Cuban dishes—a favorite of which is her famous paella.

A three-week European trip with my family visiting Spain, Italy, Greece, and Dubrovnik.

Miriam Moreno

Director Office Administration

An indispensable administrator, Miriam’s savvy handling of the general management and administration of MPC and its personnel, including recordkeeping and licensing and handling of regulatory communications, enables the Fortiv team to remain client focused. The insurance industry has long been a part of Miriam’s life: her father owned an insurance agency in Cuba, and Miriam herself began working at insurance companies shortly after graduating from business school. As a result, she is deeply familiar with the intricacies of this profession, and her experience plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations at Fortiv.

Miriam enjoys working with her children Tony and Lisa, both of whom are partners in this family-founded firm. In her spare time, she liked reading, walking, spending time with her family (particularly when they gather for Suday dinners), and partaking in a Bible Study with her friends.

What is your proudest personal achievement?
|I have had the privilege of serving in a leadership capacity at my Church and have been instrumental in the startup of some ministries. I have also humbly accepted invitations to be a Conference/Retreat speaker on many occasions. Although this is not a personal achievement, I wanted to include how special it has been for me seeing both of my children, Lisa and Tony, succeed in business and their personal lives. Also a very proud grandma of 5 grandchildren.

What is your favorite food?
Spanish paella (a note of interest: preparing paella on our family vacation, which includes extended family and friends – sometimes 25 of us – is always fun).

What is your most memorable vacation?
A Paris vacation with my late husband. Also, our family vacation at Siesta Key in Sarasota is a treasured tradition in our family.

Following in his late father’s footsteps, Tony joined Fortiv in 1992, after receiving his Bachelor’s in Finance. Tony has personal experience in wealth transfer and exit planning, and as part of a second-generation multidisciplinary financial services firm, he has been raised in this industry and strives to provide clients with independent and objective strategies.

Tony and his wife Karen are both natives of Central Florida. They live in Winter Park and have three children: Carli, Tony and Ellie. When not in the office or assisting clients, you will find Tony at the UCF soccer fields watching his daughter, Ellie, attending theatre with his son Tony in New York, or hanging with Carli, who lives in Orlando as a rising star with a Digital Marketing firm. He is an avid cyclist, loves any type of skiing, and even enjoys taking a Bar class at his wife’s Bar Method studio. His passion is cars, and you will occasionally see him at Sebring Raceway.

Christina M. Pinto Rogers, an entrepreneur at heart, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ and partner at Fortiv. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she joined the firm in 1998 after a long career in banking. This previous experience, in addition to her CFP® certification, gives Christina the knowledge to navigate the complexities of financial and long-term care planning.

Having initially started her involvement with long-term care planning as a result of her personal caregiving experience with her mother, Christina is acutely aware of how difficult the process can be for all parties involved. She understands the importance of the trust her clients place in her, and she approaches organizing and designing their financial picture with a balance of expertise, passion, and sensitivity, ultimately leading clients closer to achieving their goals.

Director of First Impression

As Fortiv’s Director of First Impressions, Darreth Wheeler serves as the face and voice that greets clients, both in-office and by phone. In addition, she also manages an assortment of office-related and administrative tasks for the firm. Prior to joining the Fortiv team, Darreth worked in a variety of different positions, most recently as a Project Administrator in a Human Resources Management Consulting firm. Additionally, she has also had the opportunity to serve the community as both a paralegal for the Seminole County Legal Aid Society and as a 911 Emergency Dispatcher for a local fire department for 15 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and is currently taking the final classes for a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and settling in with a good book.

That would have to be a crème brûlée. It isn’t easy to make the perfect one, but the payoff is delicious.

That would have to be a 10-day trip to Italy I took with my grandmother 20 years ago.

Something that I took from Saint Teresa of Calcutta: “Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments.”
